Logan Nye is a former Army paratrooper and journalist who has written for the Army, entertainment media, and nonprofits. He's worked from theaters in L.A. to battlefields in Afghanistan as a writer, photographer, and editor.

He's written thousands of articles that have appeared in Business Insider, Military.com, Real Clear Defense, and more. He co-created and hosted the Mandatory Fun podcast, the web series No Sh*t There I Was for the over-the-top video platform Go90, and the video game review show After Action Report.

He's also appeared in the Discovery Network series Black Files Declassified and the History Channel series America's Book of Secrets.

He currently serves as the managing editor for Fisher House Foundation, a top-rated nonprofit that keeps military and veteran families together during medical crises through its network of comfort homes at VA and Department of Defense medical centers across the country. He edits the Foundation's magazine, The Patriot.

He recently graduated with a master of science degree in entertainment business with a 4.0, and he was his class valedictorian when he graduated from Full Sail University with a bachelor of fine arts degree in creative writing for entertainment. He also earned six course director awards.
